L'Ermitage Mont Saint Michel

Our room was beautiful a two room suite, with beautiful, comfy bed and nice cozy bed linens. However, the bath and other amenities were not up to expectations for a 5 star hotel and restaurant. The bath toiletries should have been more extensive ...only a multi purpose, large container shampoo/shower get was provided. There is no shelf or ledge in the shower where one could put a razor, or one 's own shampoo. For breakfast, the owner Willie, prepared lovely French style scrambled eggs, and the coffees were quite nice. However, it would have been more inviting to also include a generous display of fresh fruit to accompany the eggs and bread. Dinner was extremely expensive.

mon homme et moi avons récemment passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel lors de la visite du mont saint michel. nous ne voulions pas rester sur l'île, mais nous voulions être proches. c'était à seulement 6 kilomètres et c'était très pratique. c'est un petit endroit avec une seule personne qui travaillait à la fois, ce qui faisait que la personne bougeait un peu. cela dit, cela n'a pas gêné le service et ils ont été très arrangeants. le service était très sympathique et personnel et ils se feront un plaisir de vous aider de toutes les manières possibles. notre chambre était magnifique, mais juste à l'entrée, ce qui laissait un peu à désirer.

The best hotel, restaurant ever. A must. Everything was perfect, when I say everything, it's everything. I would give this hotel a 6 stars if it was possible. The host Willy and his wife Aurelie are extraordinary, friendly, and extremely professional. They are detail oriented, they went out their way to make our stay memorable, they made reservations to authentic French restaurant for us, recommended see sigh beside the Mont St Michel which is 5 minutes away. Their hotel is decorated with fine taste, their wine list is out of this world. All meals are made by Aurelie " the Chef" with the most fresh ingredients.

this place is the place where they visit the opposite. it is not within mont saint-Michel walls however its 3 minutes away from the ferry and in sure that they do not find in the position to better accommodation than this. not only is place nice,...kosy and comfortable, but, warner, the manager, will go further to make her stay pleasant. it could be the most expensive choice in the opposite, but it is worth it! if you come, let me know. We were staying 3 nights. Service is absolutely great! Gourmet food and even the host himself makes a fabulous coctails! 5km nice pictureque walk to Mont St Michel. Located in a small Beauvoir town- full of nice local shops and creperias. Room exceptionally clean with...lovely small private terrace. We had a great time! Thank you Mr Werner Behra!!!!

This is an absolutely lovely place. We do not typically stay in small hotels when we are traveling with our children (ages 5 11). However, the owners were so kind and helpful. Our kids loved London, the owner’s English bulldog. The beds were very...comfortable and the rooms were very modern. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

We were looking for a quality restaurant in the otherwise poorly represented Mont Saint Michel area. L’Ermitage was everything we were looking for. Beautiful setting, cosy atmosphere, attentive service and…quality traditional French menu options with a modern touch of creativity. Excellent quality for the price...including wines.

si vous voulez découvrir le plus petit hôtel patrimonial 5 étoiles de France, vous devriez rester ici ! nous sommes arrivés ici assez tard, à 11h30, sans réservation pendant les mois les plus chargés de l'année et le propriétaire était gentil, serviable et hospitalier le soir. dans ce bel hôtel et je le recommanderai à 100%. My wife and two sons (13 and 9) stayed for two nights. The entire experience was first rate and the proprietors are lovely. If you plan on visiting Mont Saint Michel, this is the place to stay.

we stayed at the hotel and had an evening dinner at the restaurant on the evening of arrival. the food was delicious, and the service was great. highly recommended!
