Stopped in Jaux en route to CDG for an early flight the next day. My first surprise was from Huguette, a happy smiling lady, who served me with a pint of bier ambree for Surely some mistake I thought, but she pointed out that...it was happy hour until Of course I was obliged to stay then, and phoned my wife to join me there at ! I can recommend the ambree, IPA and blond beers, but personally settled on the IPA for the evening, a truly hoppy and authentic beer and very popular. My second surprise was the wide variety of the menu, I settled for an Alsace choucroute and my wife for the poutine. Our dog was welcomed too and just slept under the table. Service from Dorian was very good and attentive, but not overbearing in any way. He speaks very good English and clearly realises that he is in the hospitality industry. A very good ambience throughout the evening, very friendly staff and I was even tempted to take away three beers to take home and remind me of the great evening we had. Great food, great staff and great beer. Well done one and all, we will be seeing you again when next in the area

We stopped into Les Trois Brasseurs for a very enjoyable lunch and drinks after visiting the nearby Speed Park. It's a chain so perhaps many readers are aware of the menu. If not, they do great burgers and American style fried food. Not only that...to be fair, there is a decent variety of mains and starters but we each had burgers and they were very tasty. It's famous for its beer. Their own brews are really tasty. Service was good and friendly and the place was spotless. Lovely atmosphere and I'd be happy to recommend it

A group of dropped in here for dinner one night. Menu had a nice mix of French, American, and German foods. I chose the Pork Sampler which came with pork shank, pork ribs, and a pork sausage. I paired that with the current featured...house beer (an amber) which was quite good. Waitress was one of the best I had during my visit to France. Atmosphere in place was very lively and it got quite busy by the time we left

Went here with my mate for evening dinner. The service was very good and was not as busy as the previous night. I asked about gluten free food and the waitress tried her best to tell me what was ok. Though they aren’t clued up...in France with regards to gluten free. I had pork ribs with chips and it was very nice. Would recommend it
