Les Gollandieres - Réserver une table

Les Gollandieres is a lovely, traditional, french restaurant, in a beautiful setting around a swimming pool. The food is quite traditional, and at the upper end of the price range, but it's well worth going here for a special treat. The staff are really nice and friendly, and it's also a really nice place to take kids. There's a lot of attention to detail here which I appreciated. The other thing about Les Gollandieres which is perhaps sometimes overlooked, is that it is a lovely, quiet place for a morning coffee. I love coming here for breakfast, sitting outside and feeling quite at one with nature. It's a very pleasurable experience.

Une magnifique atmosphère relaxante, un buffet de fruits de mer varié, une côte de bœuf cuite sur le grill et découpée devant nous parfaitement. J'ai mangé seulement la viande avec de la mayonnaise à l'ail, juste ce qu'il me fallait. Beaucoup de desserts, mais la viande était trop bonne. Les filles ont pris du poisson. Elles ont dit que c'était parfait. Le vin rouge était idéal et l'emplacement en face de la piscine est parfait en été.

L'autre chose à propos de Les Gollandières, qui est parfois négligée, c'est que c'est un bel endroit tranquille pour prendre un café du matin. J'adore venir prendre mon petit-déjeuner ici, m'asseoir dehors et me sentir totalement en harmonie avec la nature. C'est une expérience très agréable.

just three of us for sunday lunch sitting outside looking at the pool on a lovely sunny day the girls had fish which they thoroughly enjoyed i chose veal which was excellent a bottle of pinot noir complimented a good meal in excellent surroundings
