Perdu au milieu de nulle part, la grande auberge de moulin de Bouchat propose un cadre bucolique en bordure du lac de pêche. A l'intérieur, une grande salle pouvant contenir au moins 200 personnes ressemble plus à une cantine qu'à un restaurant. C'est que le jeudi soir, la maison se spécialise dans l'offre de cuisses de grenouille, une offre qui rencontre un très grand succès et que les habitants de la région ont déjà apprécié à maintes reprises. Quant à nous, entre amis, nous nous sommes régalés avec du foie gras de canard et de la confiture d'oignon, mais aussi le filet mignon avec des girolles et sa garniture de légumes. Le dessert, une petite assiette de fruits, était tout simplement sub...
En vacances dans la région et guidé par un dépliant, un amateur de cuisses de grenouille (18€ le plat), nous nous rendons dans ce restaurant qui propose différentes soirées spéciales. De loin le meilleur que j'ai mangé... Pas assez assaisonné et un peu sec. Pour les "non fans" de grenouilles, nous vous proposons une cuisse de pintadeau un peu sèche accompagnée d'un gratin dauphinois qui, en revanche, est excellent ! Dommage car le cadre est joli et la salle de réception magnifique. Le menu enfant est très complet (12€). Personnel agréable et à l'écoute.
Beautiful day this June 10th with family. First this restaurant is on the commune of Mazet-Saint-Voy. Nice establishment, like the owners who have reserved us a warm welcome. The meal has 24 € is very appreciated, and I loved the back of the cod with shrimp sauce as well as the white cheese with creme and red fruit coulis. The setting is wonderful with these small lakes has truite and the view of the Lizieux.Café caught on the flowery terrace and digestive walk around one of the lakes.

very average family meal. a view of the frame we expect a kitchen to the top but nothing to see: good but no more. I suspect we were served the remains of the wedding the day before. Lunch on Sunday noon too long. supplement foie gras home unjustified and even abused. otherwise pleasant outdoor terrace but you should avoid drinking a drink when it's hot (no ice at the bar)! or fishing (tariff)!. I don't advise.
Here is a campagnarde address without pretention and yet the chef makes a simple and excellent kitchen. everything is there to make it a real pleasure: presentation, taste and price. for less than 25 euros flat entrance and dessert; on Thursday evening thigh of frog at will.this address will delight amateurs but for those who will not be tempted there are always more classic dishes.
