Les Remparts - Réserver une table

The restaurant is in a medieval building in St Valery's old town. The dining room is quite small and tends to get full quite early in the evening so it is best to arrive early. The savoury galettes with plenty of fillings on offer are almost as good as those in Brittany, sweet crepes are also very good as is Breton cider. Our galettes and crepes were definitely freshly cooked (this is not always the case in many similar restaurants!) Service was fine even though the place was full and there were only two people serving.

A fine crêperie in Saint Valery where we enjoyed a range of fare, including four crepes for dessert, something I don't normally do. However, the temptation to have a maple syrup crepe got the better of me. The food was excellent, the service a little slow but that was only because of their popularity. Galettes we enjoyed: bourguignon, Gruyère, salmon and samphire. The problem we had was choosing. Highly recommended

This restaurant is great for atmosphere and food, and the room has a terrific rustic feel to it.My minced beef crepe was lovely. I tried the brut cider, thoroughly enjoyed it.Staff were great, helpful and pleasant. Prices were within reason so did not upset our budget.It's position, as per the name of the restaurant is next door to the famous ramparts.Highly recommend a visit.

We wanted a light lunch & this small restaurant looked good. However after waiting 15 minutes & having our table cleaned twice & no order, even for drinks taken we decided to leave.....no wonder they were not busy

Always nice to go back to Les Remparts. Charming staff and delicious pancakes (both salt and sweet). Keep up the good work.
