What makes this place really special is the impeccable service. We used to be frequent guests at Grand Hotel Du Lac in Vevey but the service was just always a little disappointing. Not in this hotel though! The reception staff remember you by your name and room number and are so friendly and helpful and really go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Emma and Philippe were phenomenal concierges, this hotel is very lucky to have them. The location and the view from the rooms is lovely. The rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay, there was always a turndown service and prompt reaction to our requests but I will say the rooms could do with a small renova...
We have been guests to this hotel recently. It is not the first time, actually: we have been at this hotel previously several times. But this time I had to complain several times about our stay, unfortunately without a solution, about: 1. Heating in the room was not functioning and it was cold in the evening making for an unpleasant sleep. The problem was not fixed, we were not offered a portable heater or anything. As a consequence, my wife is now sick. 2. We found a large spider in our room. 3. The towel heater didn't work either. The only compensation that I got from the hotel staff was a redeem of 60 CHF for our room upgrade. I find this level of compensation not on par with a hotel of t...
Deuxième expérience, dans un contexte cette fois-ci particulier, dans cet endroit toujours hors du temps. De la réception jusqu 'au départ, nous avons apprécié la qualité de ce merveilleux établissement, le professionnalisme de chaque collaborateur et le charme du SPA et de la piscine. Une bulle de bien-être et de calme, durant cette période difficile où il fait bon de pouvoir apprécier un repas comme avant Merci à toute l 'équipe des 3 Couronnes.

The service is impeccable. The food was excellent. The spa was amazing. The room was more than comfortable and to the finest detail. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!
Kleine Portionen Essen. Der Appetit des Küchenchefs war eine kalte Spinatsuppe mit einem Stück rohem Fisch, was nicht ansprechend war. Der Service war langsam und nicht sehr freundlich. Das Servieren von Vorspeisen dauerte lange, obwohl es nicht so voll war. Teuer für das, was wir bestellt haben.
Sehr Elegantes schönes freundliches Hotel Unmittelbar an der Promenade .Tolle Terrasse .super Service ,Exelente leckere freundliche Küche ,tolles Essen .Man muss es erlebt haben Schweizer Lebenstraum am Schablin Ufer .In der Nähe das schokoladen Museum .spitze gerade im Frühling und Sommer .
Wir waren Gäste für Getränke und Vorspeisenauf der schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See.Die Platte mit Vorspeisen für vier war sehr schön, der Service war etwas langsam, aber effizient und die Auswahl an Weinen ausgezeichnet!Wir haben alle genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
