Terrible service. Came here in the afternoon on 01/03/22. Went to sit down and was told table was reserved. I said I didn 't know, the waiter cheekily said can 't you read? referring to the reserved sign on the table. I was at the side of the table so could not see the face side of the sign. We then sat at another table. 15 minutes passed and no one came for our order until I had to call a waiter. The coffee was served 5 minutes before the desert by which point the coffee had gone cold. I asked for t he bill and after 10 10 minutes, was still waiting; called a waiter and insisted they give me the bill immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and takes great care of the customers, The boss is great, warm, the cuisine is a treat for your taste buds, only fresh products! The drinks, I didn 't know the Hugo , now! Despite the crowds, no waiting and all this in a magnificent setting! A moment spent there and like a mini trip to , it 's magical! I recommend 200% but a word of advice, remember to book before! And above all, Bon Appétit! A big thank you to the whole team!!!
