Before the carbon stephane resumed hope, I went there several times at noon and once in the evening. I was never disappointed by the kitchen (always very good and perfect cooking) and by the service (always made with smile and professionalism).The only fault of hope was the patron. It's the first time I've been back since the owner change. The decor has not been shattered. the atmosphere remains the same: always pleasant the beautiful view on the canal especially in case of sun (not today). The service has not changed: always made with smile and professionalism for the formula of lunch, one can opt:- flat coffee and migniardises for 16 e- Entrance/Plat or Plat/Dessert for 17 e- Entrance/Plat/Dessert for 22 eles prix for the noon have not increased from the former owners. We opted for the formula at 16 eI took in dish the veal kidneys and risotto a curfew flower passed to the fryer = deemed very good with the coffee, we had a chocolate cream surmounted with a chocolate mousse and a raspberry a small sandy topped with red fruit = pleasant to do.

We had dinner with a view of the canal. Charming!!!!The dishes are simple but just in the tastes and perfect seasonings. no false note on the kitchen the wine advised was delicious. a special mention for the staff who had the call for the reservation at the end of the meal was perfect, polite, smiling and welcoming. However, this restaurant seems a little honerous for dishes presented 32 euros for 3plats. It's too much! especially that the mouthing is not elaborated (monkeys on bread) and we did not take coffee so no mignardise or granite before we left. the original gift muffin is not enough to make this price forget a little too high!! but it remains a restaurant to be tested and adopted. They're so rare!

for our first visit since its recovery by the starred carbon stephane chef, we have been very pleasantly surprised, both by the frame (the room has been completely redesigned, as well as by the reception and smiling service, preventing, professional and the quality of the served dishes and wines. the products are fresh, very well prepared and beautifully presented. The menu revisits traditional dishes in a very original way (chickhead with gribiche sauce). The breathtaking view of the canal and the large bay window overlooking the kitchens make this restaurant a very nice place to spend an unforgettable time at 2, with family or friends.

surprised by some recent negative reviews, and for a first the main restaurant of Mr.Carbobe closed during the month of August, it was the opportunity to try it.Booking made by telephone: very good reception on site with 25 minutes of delay (we had warned by telephone ). the menu of the day has a very appreciable price ratio.Quick service.I will return to it as well as try to lunch the evening

dinner, very pleasant. well placed between the shore and the glass bay of the kitchen. the dishes are chained with excellent tastes. entrance with salmon and granite: surprising and pleasant sensation! Thanks to the team!A very good time
