I have visited this restaurant several times, and each experience seems to get worse. While their burgers are decent, their delivery service is a major issue. Whenever I call, they never have a delivery person available, leaving me with no choice but to use DoorDash and pay extra. The fried pickles and wings are consistently overcooked. Additionally, when I order through DoorDash, they often forget items, and when I reach out to the restaurant, their response is simply that there’s nothing they can do. If you're looking for burnt food and poor customer service, this is the place for you. - Denise

I've eaten at many other WingsNThings in the South and I have never experienced such Rudeness...Incompetent Management...(Laura).and nasty ..overcooked..flavorless lemon pepper wings .. The Chicken quesadilla Wasn't cooked the way it was requested...Tried to speak with management...Nothing was doneTo fix The problems..she was more worried about being right than offering good CS! Spent over $35 at this location For nothing. Everyone please beware And spend your money elsewhere 3
This place has gone from good to terrible, both in terms of food quality and store supplies. All drinks come with a coffee sip lid, which is quite inconvenient. If you want to sit down, be prepared to endure a loud radio playing nonsense, and both TVs are missing. I visited a couple of times when they first opened, and it was good then. I finally returned to share my honest opinion.
This place has went from good to horrible, from the quality of the food to the supplies in the store. All drinks get a coffee sip lid. If you liked to sit down they have a blaring radio with non sense and both TVs are gone. I had it twice before more towards they were brand new opening it was good. Service was fine but the food was not impressive. The Buffalo wings had little or no sauce and the garlic Parmesan sauce looks nasty. I have had garlic Parmesan wings elsewhere and they looked more appetizing. The taste wasn’t awful but they looked gross. Next time I will order wings from Friday’s.
The garlic Parmesan sauce was a terrible, gooey mess, and the fries were overly seasoned and barely edible. I've been to the Farmingville location, and they always get it right—it's ten times better. Unfortunately, the Islandia location didn't meet my expectations at all.
I came here after subway employees yelled at me to wear a mask even though most places don’t make you wear one. Overall food was really good only thing is it’s a bit pricey other than that great food and service
Nice alternative, to McDonald's, BK, and Wendy's, but for a couple bucks more fast casual prices like Moe's and Chipotle.

The BBQ wings tasted unpleasant, and the mozzarella sticks were greasy when they arrived.
Great definitely recommend the lemon pepper traditional
