Lido's has new owners and I have to say, the pizza was delicious. It could of been cooked a little bit more but it was tasty! What we didn't care for was the waitress's attitude. As soon as we walked in, she was negative and put down the new owners. We almost left. But decided to stay. She basically threw our menus on the table, slammed plates and silverware down on other tables she was setting etc.. I can't understand how someone who needs good tips could act like that. Maybe it was because she had a boot on her leg from some injury? Didn't care for the new Owner? She never should have done that, whatever the reason was. Your Tip reflected your attitude and mannerisms.
What a horrible experience the dining room manager and waitress should be fired. I had to ask for my side dish and had 2 ask two different waitresses. Not once did our waitress came to our table to offer us another drink or fill our water or offer us desert. She just disappeared dropped our bill off had to ask another waitress to ring us out. I will never frequent this restaurant again or order take out . I hope the owner sees this review and come to realization how much money he is losing. My recommendation to whoever wants to spend there hard earned money at this restaurant don’t you will feel as dissatisfied as we did.
I asked the waitress if it was possible to have my shrimp, scallops and bacon well done. She said no problem. It came so raw it was discussing. Not to mention the alfredo was thin as water. Lady that took my order over the phone was rude. I felt very rushed with my order and the grinders were horrible. I asked for everything on it. Received plain bread with the ham and a lot of mayonnaise. Would never order from here again. The best pizza in the area. All of the food smelled fantastic. We just happened to find this wonderful restaurant while waiting for a haunted house. The service was fast and friendly. The specials were great. Definitely going to make a trip back. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
