Liepert's Kulinarium

A lovely dining room, brilliant food, and interesting wines (Skringer Karsabathi, Kloster Am Spitz Vindemia, Tement TBA). Despite the extreme high level of competition locally, (TOMR, Hisa Denk), I ate my favourite single dish of our holiday here - an amazing transition dish of bergkase, bitter almonds, pistachio and green apple. The variations-on-milk dish that followed was also exceptional. Some stylistic similarities with TOMR (the two chefs used to work together), but this is no bad thing.If you manage to get their one guest bedroom, the breakfast is amazing - a vast array of different items, all of top quality, from lime/kefir smoothie through to properly ripe Epoisses, via fine meats, fish, cheeses and breads. The wild strawberry jam is to die for. The guest room is high luxe and dead quiet, despite the town centre location.

I don't have enough superlatives to describe the level of tastes...amazing. I have been to many Michelin star restaurant ( international) which rank behind Liperts in taste ! Einfach fantastisch!!! Ich war in einigen internationalen Michelin Sterne Restaurants die mit Kuverts nicht mithalten können.

De Küche ist modern, klar fast einfach, aber in Perfektion. Die Teller sind auf das Produkt fokussiert und nicht mit viel zu vielen verschiednen Zutaten überfrachtet. Einfach, herrlich, auf allerhöchsten Niveau! Read more...
