LIEUX is at 14a Palmer Parade, Cremorne VIC 3121.I was here for a swanky event, when they were a thing. Those event things....if you remember back then, when you could have those Anyhoo, its a family owned venue space created from a converted warehouse. A great secret venue for private functions.There is private unrestricted parking available on weekends.
Have had more lunches in this place than anywhere else - and because it's so close to where I used to work. However, Adrian and the team have been there for a while and always do a good job. Menu changes fairly frequently - not a bad thing but it's good variety, the coffee is always fast and very drinkable and the soups can often be lovely.
I attended a staff Christmas party at this venue. It was not a bad location, located approximately 900 meters from Richmond station. The finger food they served was delicious, and they offered a variety of high-end scotch options. I enjoyed a Glenmorangie there, which was a bit pricey but definitely worth it for the quality.
Fantastic evening venue for the event we attended. Certainly cover off their setting and food/beverage service very well.I'd suggest during an event though the staff wait between speeches to use the kitchen door as you could see it disrupting the speeches slightly. We had a great time at this restaurant for the event we attended. The setting and food/beverage service were top-notch. My only suggestion is that during events, the staff should wait to use the kitchen door between speeches to avoid any disruptions. Other than that, the staff were excellent.

Fantastic venue. Can’t believe this place has been around for 17 years. Wonderful staff, great atmosphere, yummy food, a proud business.
