My husband and I were visiting from Georgia. We once lived in Michigan and we often come back to visit our son friends. We were in Royal Oak on Saturday, June 1 and we had a bite to eat at another restaurant. On Sunday we decided to eat at Lily’s. The food was delicious but unfortunately the service was not good. Jennifer, our server took our order, brought our order to us but never checked to see if we were okay, she never came back to see if we needed more water or anything. We went for the first time today and will absolutely be back! As lovers of beer and seafood, this was such a cool combo to find in Michigan. Excellent menu, and even better service!We got the fish fry and shrimp scallop scampi. The fish fry was amazing, and the shrimp scallop scampi was absolutely out of this world. I’ll be dreaming of that plate no doubt ?
We had a wonderful dining experience! The service was prompt, the food was delicious, and our server was exceptional. She provided great options for our youngest son, who wanted to explore new dishes, and he absolutely loved it!
Lily's is an institution in Royal Oak. The flavors were very tasty and the presentation was pretty. The clam chowder wasn't standard but, very good. Service was attentive and you can buy the artwork that surrounds you.

The food was excellent, particularly the cracked coated whitefish and the Alaskan cod fish and chips.
Red snapper was so good I te it all. Our server Kathi was outstanding and worth coming back.
Amazing service amazing wait staff. Great atmosphere on a cool summer's day.
