L'indigo is one of my favourite restaurants in Crans-Montana. My family took me there for my birthday-dinner, after having visited a super exhibit in the museum about the restaurant. We had a gastronomic multi-course dinner and every single dish was great: fresh, different from what I had already tasted and beautifully presented. The waitress treated us in a very friendly manner, which is pretty unusual here in Valais. What I also really appreciated is the swanky and creative atmosphere; and the museum is also very interesting !! Absolutely worth a go, even just for a coffee after an exhibit
Four of us dined at L'indigo and chose the "Menu Surprise" and what a pleasant surprise it was. We were asked, when ordering, if there were any ingredients that that we did not want; my wife was immediately offered an alternative to tomatoes.Each course had its unique presentation and tasted excellent. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection and whilst the portions weren't large we were all pleasantly filled by the evening's end.All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient giving service which complemented the meal to perfection.
Beautiful location, inspired architecture, decor and fittings. The staff were efficient and pleasant, but unable to cope with the fact that, when asked, I commented that both the soup and the veal burger were totally lacking in seasoning and taste. The waiter looked startled and I believe would have been unable to tell the chef! The toilet facility was brilliant. The price was reasonable. The main feature was the views which were stunning and wonderfully reflected in the mirrored walls. Worth a visit just for that.
Loved this restaurant, it is fine dining, beautifully presented food in a lovely atmosphere, indigo glassware dotted throughout! Near a lovely frozen lake in the winter so with gorgeous views too. We had roast chicken with special oven roasted potatoes in cheese sauce with fried lettuce and parsnips, it was so delicious! Réservez une table maintenant
Outstanding service, excellent food - with a great quality price ratio, especially for Switzerland. One of the best restos in entire Crans Montana domain. Had the menu which was delicious. Kiddy menu was delicious as well and fussy 3 year old ate it all. Will definitely return
