I was with the Dos Amigos plus 1, oldest daughter Jordan. We love that we could take our Linwood cheesesteaks to Wilmington Brew Works and eat them there. I got the Portobello mushroom cheesesteak and the nice people at Linwood pizza made it on garlic bread for me. The Amigos did not like their cheesesteaks. If you watch the video, I dub over the Amigos and in one scene you can see them breaking apart the dry meat. The great news is we went to Wilmington Brew Works. Craig the Master Brewer was there and in addition to brewing great beer, he did a great job telling us the history of the building. Holy mackerel, an early DuPont experimental station, the stuff that went on in that building. Great overall experience at Wilmington Brew Works.
This is our go to pizza shop. We order way too often. Never had an issue until today. I order the smallest white pizza with pineapple, med pepperoni and 2 orders of fries. Food came and they sent med cheese with pineapple. I called and explained that it should have been white pizza with pineapple and the owner told the girl I ordered cheese with pineapple. So long story short they would not fix it. I told the girl that we order from them like 3 times a week and we will never order from there again. This is how they treat good customers. Who in their right mind eats pineapple on regular pizza anyway.
People are very rude. I called a pickup order for two pizzas and wanted to pay with my cc# on the phone. The guy who could talk to barley English told me I couldn't pay with my card on the phone, but if I got delivery, I could pay with my card on the phone. I'm sorry I didn't pass my credit card to a teenager. Of course, if you want pizza that takes like Chuckie cheese with rude workers, this is the place for you. I'll take my money and my service elsewhere. This place was once great, but the service went downhill. I'm sure this business won?
