My son visited this restaurant on October 14, 2023, and ordered a French dip for me, but instead, we received a sandwich covered in gravy. When we called the management, they assured us we could get a replacement sandwich. However, I didn't receive anything for dinner that night! When my son returned to the restaurant on October 19, 2023, the staff was quite rude and unwilling to provide a replacement. They also failed to give him the French dip liquid and horseradish he had requested, and instead, they just tossed the bag at him. This kind of treatment is unacceptable; you never know how people will react. I will not be returning to this location again!
I personally will not be returning to this restaurant. On October 14, I received an incorrect order. Today is the 19th, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I called to speak with a manager and was assured that my order would be replaced. However, when I returned, the staff was incredibly rude and managed to get my order wrong again after arguing with me for almost 15 minutes about the situation. I even showed them both the digital receipt and the phone record from my call. This is absolutely unacceptable. You've lost my business, and I hope others will think twice before choosing to spend their money here.
My first time going was at this location. My sandwich was cold/room temp. And it was smashed and hard like someone punched it? And left it on the counter for a few hours. I had to throw it away because it was too hard to chew. The Mac n cheese was good though.
The NICEST people here. They always greet us with a smile and most remember our names. It’s become our regular lunch spot because the food is yummy and priced well. (And the fries are THE BEST).

The service and food are outstanding. Brad, the manager, is incredibly nice and helpful; he really enhances the experience.
Excellent Roast beef as always! Employees were a few minutes late getting going but everything else was great!
The food is always hot fresh. The staff here is awesome as well. Always smiling happy. This location rocks.
