I recently dined at a pizza restaurant, and sadly, my experience was marred by the rudeness of the server towards both my friend and me. We noticed that he was also unkind to other customers, particularly when they politely asked about their breadstick order. His response was harsh, informing them that their order of two would take an additional five minutes. When it was my turn to pay, I was disappointed to find that he didn’t acknowledge me at all and handed over my receipt in a blunt manner. Although it was 10:30, this was truly the most disrespectful and unfriendly service I have ever encountered. I will not be returning.
Ordered online for pickup for a party. 10 pizzas and 5 crazy bread. We were shorted on our order. Called for a refund of what we were not given. The ?manager? said he didn?t have time right now and would have to search my order. Then he said he wouldn?t be able to issue the refund without recharging me for the entire order. What? Wouldn?t give me Joe?s number (the franchise owner). I guess I need to call corporate next week. I?m sure they will direct me back to the store. What a joke. Typical, I guess. Customer service is nonexistent nowadays. Corporations can steal people?s hard earned money and get away with it.
I walked in to order a pizza and the man serving us was very rude towards me and my friend. We also watched him say very rudely to other costumes when they asked for the right amount of bread sticks that they ordered that they ordered 2 and then said it?llbe another 5 minutes in a harsh tone. He walked away well I was paying and would not come back to give me my receipt and wasrude well handing me my receipt. I know it?s 10:30 pm but it was the rudest and harshest costumer service I have everexperienced.
I wanted to leave a good review because after a mess up on my pizza, the crew was very understanding about it. I have digestive issues with a lot of foods so my order is always very specific no matter where I go so I dont get sick. They were veryunderstanding about this and made a new pizza for me and threw in breadsticks as compensation for waiting so long. The pizza wasvery good so the wait time was not a bother for me. Thank you guys :

I've never seen humans move so slowly or counterproductive in my life. Just ordered cheesy bread, first they gave me just bread sticks. Then everyone stood around waiting to get the order refunded and ring in the proper item. Stood around for about 15 minutes for this one thing and when it finally comes out it's severely over cooked.
It's Little Ceasars. If you come here you're not looking for an artesian brick oven pizza.Parking: There are 5 or 6 spots out front but the turnaround is pretty quick so there's never really an issue.
It's a $5 pizza really fast. I'm a hero when I bring home to my kids. Winner winner, pizza dinner.Is it great pizza? Well.. my kids love it so good enough for me.
This is the fourth consecutive time that the crazy bread has been severely lacking in toppings. It’s essentially just butter-soaked bread.
