This was by far the worst treatment I have ever received from a restaurant and a General Manager of a restaurant and her employees EVER in my life!!!!! The GM, Danielle Kowolski was beyond rude and unprofessional, even the other customers were shocked at her actions and the actions of the employees there that she allowed, and the customers voiced that!!! My dad and I have been regular customers at this pizza place since we moved to the area in 2016. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit. I ordered a hot and ready pizza and found a large hair in one of the slices. It definitely wasn't mine. I noticed that none of the employees were wearing hairnets or any other hair protection, which is a requirement for food service establishments. Every other pizza place and restaurant I've been to follows this guideline. I don't know if there's new management, but this experience has made it clear we won't be returning. The staff seems to change frequently, and customer service doesn't appear to be a priority. The employees often speak to customers as if they're being interrupted. A simple greeting like "How can I help you?" would be a great improvement, yet the lack of smiles is quite disappointing. The food is decent, though it's only consistently good about 70% of the time.
The pizza at this location is quite good, but I recently had a disappointing experience. I placed an online order and picked it up, only to find the pizza was lukewarm. It was really disappointing.

Heavier set woman was very rude , short and rude and smelled like pot. Try just having a little kindness in your voice and maybe you will get somewhere.
Got half classic and half vegetables it was good just a little over cooked, but they give me plain breadsticks no butter or Parmesan cheese on it!
