Rude! I pulled right up to the window and was asked if I would hold on a minute. Obviously I said no problem because this location is always sooo slow! So I?m used to it. I sat for 10 minutes+ as she counted change in the door and was just talking toother employees. Mind you there was actually a lot of employees there for once and the place wasn?t busy for once. I drove past two closer locations to visit this one specifically for the drive-thru option. I've noticed that the pizza quality has declined as there seems to be less sauce than before. To my disappointment, I found out that the drive-thru has been closed, which is why I'm rating the service poorly. With limited parking and a small lobby, the drive-thru is essential, especially for elderly and physically challenged individuals. As a result, I will not be returning to this location or, likely, any Little Caesars without a drive-thru. Nowadays, we need a larger lobby with good ventilation and sufficient seating, which is often lacking at most carry-out Little Caesars.
The young woman working the drive-thru at 5:23 p.m. on March 8, 2024, was rude and disrespectful, and she really needs to improve her customer service skills and communication. As a former employee at this location, I've noticed a significant decline in quality, and the company needs to step up its game! Orders are rarely served hot and fresh, and the wait time is consistently 25 minutes or longer. It's important for someone to address these issues because it's damaging the overall reputation of the company!
I often visit this location and typically have a fantastic experience. However, during my latest visit, the pizza I received was obviously old. I chose to do something I don't usually do and returned to address the issue. The young man at the counter was very apologetic; he took back my old pizza and bread and gave me fresh replacements that were straight out of the oven. I really appreciated that!

This location is my favorite because of the drive-thru! It really simplifies my life, especially when I'm with my toddler and don't want to go inside. The staff is friendly, and the last three pizzas we got were genuinely "hot and ready." It's perfect for a busy weeknight!
Well with new management this place seem to be running alot smoother then normal. the lobby even open to the public. and staffing looks great. sitting here listening to then communication in the back is great. seem like the band is all playing the same song here!!
Proceed with caution... weekends are a no-go! Your "hot and ready" pizza turns into a "cold and waiting" experience. Last weekend, I waited 30 minutes for a hot and ready, which is unacceptable. The management team needs to be retrained or let go immediately.
The pizza was not prepared correctly. I had to wait by the fence for them to remember my order. I won't be returning, and I'm hoping to speak with a district manager about this location because it seems the manager supports this level of service.

I really like their thin crust extra most bestest pepperoni pizza?the wait is a little long but overall the pizza is worth it and I always receive great service
The food was ordered online and ready when I arrived. Service was pleasant.
