Excellent service and pizza! We visited this restaurant twice when they were quite busy, but the manager and staff handled everything professionally. They even offered extra sauce as an apology for the wait, which was a nice touch. I give this place five stars for service and five stars for pizza. Despite the busyness, the quality of the food was outstanding, as if they had devoted the whole day to perfecting it. I highly recommend you visit and enjoy the pizza for yourself!
The food is typically excellent, but I've noticed a decline in service recently. When I walked in, there were five employees at the counter seemingly doing nothing, yet I stood there for a couple of minutes while they stared directly at me before one of them somewhat rudely asked if I had been helped. I understand that retail and restaurant workers often face challenges due to their low wages, but a basic level of courtesy and attentiveness should be expected.
The restaurant has a small but dedicated and expanding team. The place is consistently clean and organized. You can place orders over the phone or online, and they offer touchless pickup in addition to their signature hot and finished options. I'm not sure if they provide delivery since I'm situated away from their area. The pizzas are well-balanced, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with plenty of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The prices are fantastic!
Well, it started as one of the best little Caesars in the area and gradually got worse. They are now denying orders, they've stopped online ordering and got rid of delivery. They have, literally, 2 people in the store, sometimes just 1. The quality hasdrastically dropped but that's because there is no one there. I went from a 5 star to a 1 star. Hot and Ready is a great tag line but I have been here 3 times in the week I visited this area and there were never any pizzas Hot nor Ready. A 20 minute wait is unacceptable for this kind of chain. Dominos was quicker!
The food is always served hot and fresh, but you might want to expect a wait of around 10 minutes each time you visit. It wouldn't hurt for them to clean the restaurant while they’re not busy making pizzas.
Paid extra for the Extra Most Bestest cheese and got home to Bristol with it to realize it barely had any cheese or sauce on it. This location is so hit or miss it?s not even worth dealing with anymore.
The customer service here is outstanding! I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but they corrected it swiftly and were incredibly friendly. I really love the pizza and the staff who work here! Réservez une table maintenant
Little Caesars used to be my go-to for a quick family dinner for my family of five. It was affordable, delicious, and quick. However, it's no longer cheaper than other fast food options.
