Wow! There’s been a big change! The restaurant has new ownership, and the quality of the pizza has greatly improved. The manager and assistant manager are fantastic! The young assistant manager has a great attitude and brings a smile to everyone’s face. He truly cares about his job, and it shows in the service he provides. The general manager was also present during my visit, and you can feel the passion and dedication he brings to the team. The female manager is very sincere and genuinely cares about her customers. I had a good experience at this Little Caesars, and I'm glad I chose it over the one in Addison. There’s plenty of parking available, and while the lines were a bit disorganized, they weren't too bad. Ordering online was straightforward, especially with an online coupon, but even without one, I couldn't see any issues with the ordering process. The staff at this location were helpful and polite. When I visited, it seemed like they didn't have a delivery driver available, so it was takeout only.
I had an amazing experience! A server I hadn't encountered before took care of me, and he was fantastic! He was friendly, quick, and really knowledgeable. I barely had to wait for the best tasting and best made pizza I've ever had from there! His name is Peter, and I hope to see him on my next visit. I'm already looking forward to satisfying my craving for pizza, wings, and breadsticks!
ordered a hot and finished cheese. 5 minutes waiting because they're out, it happens. Get pizza, go home. It was *not* a hot and ready cheese, but a mushroom and sauce. What I can't eat. Not sure how you're so fucked, but it's not worth the gas going back and fixing it.

I fail to understand the point of providing an online ordering service if you're still expected to wait over an hour for your food, even after placing your order half an hour ahead of time. The staff at this restaurant come across as more immature than professional.
