I visited the restaurant last night and was completely shocked by the service I received. In all my years, I have never experienced such poor service at Little Caesars! I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and an order of Crazy Bread. The girl who took my order was rude; she asked for my order, walked away while I was still speaking, and then came back asking what I had ordered again.
The lobby was packed with people waiting for simple orders, many of us waiting over 30 minutes, while they had no trouble serving the drive-thru customers. Pizzas were flying out the window, yet those of us with online orders were left waiting. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the long wait! I counted at...
This restaurant has significant issues; the service is dreadful. I placed an online order at 6:03 PM, and the estimated time for it to be ready was 6:27 PM. However, I didn’t receive my order until 6:52 PM—almost 50 minutes for a takeout pizza! There was no apology for the delay, and the customer service was lacking. Overall, the experience was terrible, and we will not be returning.
I really like this location! They usually provide great service, although there can be a bit of a wait at the drive-thru sometimes. Vegetarian options: They offer veggie pizza!
This location is definitely not "hot and ready"! They don't deliver to my area, and the pizzas I received were burnt after an absurdly long wait time.

The classic pepperoni and cheese pizza is quite underwhelming, but the new muffin-shaped pizza is truly amazing!
