My daughter went to order pizza in person since they don?t answer the phone calls, the order was at 6:00 pm when she had ordered the pizzas. The cashier had said it would be in 10 to 15 minutes, so she waited 10 and 15 minutes. She asked about about the order twice and the response was 4 minutes more. She waited again and had seen the people before her all had their orders especially ones that ordered after her in line. She had waited 25 minutes. So her mother went over there and asked about the order and finally gave her the pizza in 9 minutes after. So having to count the time the order was made was precisely 34 minutes, not 10 to 15 minutes, 34 minutes that?s outrageous. Fix this problem...
Phone rang for 30 min and kept ringing as I walk up to the line with no one in the line. I called because I wanted a cheese pizza to be made before I get there.. as I though it would take 10 mins to make. I then went through three pizza before I found one that was not burnt and sitting in the oven for awhile. I would have did a online order but it?s not an option to us gift cards and the make you pay online before completing an order. Horrible business terrible customer service this needs to be replaced with another business that does a lot better. Do not support this business trust me fast 5 pizza is a lot better with greater service
The entire staff and management need to be reevaluated. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes beyond what the app indicated, and I could hear the staff arguing in the back about not wanting to work together. There was even a comment about one of them planning to emigrate. They seemed more focused on each other’s disputes than on attending to customers. One employee even questioned why people were asking about pizza on a Sunday afternoon. Finally, when I got home, I discovered that they mistakenly gave me a Hawaiian pizza instead of what I ordered.
I normally like this Little Caesars but today was like being in an abusive relationship. I don't know how long that pizza was laying around but it tasted, looked and felt like fourth dynasty Egypt. But at least the abuser, oops I meant young lady at the counter was pleasant. There's no reason for a pizza to be this old only an hour and a half after the store opens. I used to really like Little Caesars but I think I've been put off it completely. Réservez une table maintenant
Needs more Vegan options ; i now use regular San Francisco sourdough bread with spicy rao spaghetti sauce with vegan Daiya follow your heart Parmesan cheese with vegan pepperoni from sprouts 365 Whole Foods. Either through the whole thing together in an oven or toast the bread alone in a toaster and place sauce and bread after I do this most of the time never been sick from uncooked vegan cheese . It?s more bang for your money .
It shouldn’t even be a one-star rating, but we have to select one to leave a comment. I just saw a father and son leaving; perhaps they were waiting for a slice of pizza. They were in the store for over 11 minutes. Not surprisingly, they left feeling frustrated and empty-handed, with nothing ready for them. Where is the "Hot & Ready" promise?
