I’m giving this place a four-star rating today because of the wonderful experience I had with the woman who greeted me and took my order. She was extremely polite and friendly, even asking if I’d like to upgrade my order. I also noticed her thanking another customer and wishing them a nice day as they quickly picked up their hot and ready pizza. I've been here many times and have never had any issues, thanks to the excellent service. I appreciate the kindness of that lovely lady; I only wish I had caught her name so I could properly recognize her!
Whenever I visit Little Caesar's, there's never a wait. The young lady with glasses who works there always keeps the warmer filled and ready. She greets everyone with a smile and is very polite. She makes sure all customers are satisfied before they leave. I usually go around 7:00 PM and appreciate being able to head home quickly. Thanks to her for truly caring!
My daughter and I visited Little Caesars Pizza for lunch and tried the pizza combo. I picked several toppings, and my daughter chose just a few, but both pizzas were delicious. They also offered additional sauces to enhance our pizzas, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza for delivery but ended up receiving just a mushroom pizza. I checked the receipt and saw they were out of sausage, but they didn’t bother to call me to suggest a replacement or adjust the price. This shows a lack of effort in customer service.

I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza for delivery, but I received just a mushroom pizza instead. It was clear that there were no sausages on it. I didn't bother asking for a price adjustment after the mistake, but I was disappointed with the lazy customer service.
