The worst place to not order a manager no lead supervisor everyone is there phone! Customer service is terrible! She told me before I paid that it would be 15 minutes, then I wait for her to ring me on 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizza!? She turns right on her phone!?? 1h and 30min still wait and I wonder I get a little soda to wait and she said everyone is waiting, so I said thank you for your service and on your phone like two other employees! I would never recommend ever ordering from this place two other customers wait 45 minutes before picking them said it was ready! What a pizza place! Pizzahütte was next door, I would recommend it for fast fast fast fast fast accurate service..
The most bad customer service. I'm broken. Had a cheese pizza requested, they said they had not only pepperoni. I then realized that she was not closed for another hour and twenty minutes, so I gave the suggestion that I would wait for my preferred order. The young woman said it would take 15 minutes and was not happy that I told her I would wait. Payed and said ?wait wherever you want?. I never come to this place again. Update: got the pizza.
