The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, their service leaves much to be desired. I've had multiple instances where they served me a pizza that wasn't even mine, which is frustrating. It’s awkward to return them, especially when there are other customers around and the staff seems unsure of how to handle it. I recommend avoiding this place; the team often seems confused and at times doesn't even realize they've already charged me for my order and ask for payment again. Make sure to double-check that they get your order right and charge you accordingly.
What can I say? It’s Little Caesars. I should mention that they often don’t have their hot and ready pizzas available during peak hours. To be honest, I’ve never been able to get one there. They always seem to be making them fresh, which is a positive note, as long as you order about 15 minutes in advance. If you plan to order a large number of pizzas, I suggest doing it well ahead of time, as it takes them a while to prepare them.
The wait for the breadsticks felt too long, especially since the restaurant was crowded. It might not have been an issue under normal circumstances, but I was in a hurry and had decided to stop by at the last minute. On the bright side, the breadsticks were fantastic. I rate the service and atmosphere two stars, however, because the place was overwhelmed with people waiting for pizzas that were supposed to be hot and ready.
Very bad service from employees. If they don't want to serve customers, let them stay at home. They should be nicer to people because they have a job to make sure the pizza is delicious if you don't want to return because of the bad service. How is it possible that they never have change and they don't want to sell you the pizza because they want you to give them the exact money.

Additionally, the staff's demeanor seems ruder than the owner's when interacting with customers. If you ask for their order, they react with anger. If they dislike their job that much, they should consider staying home.
I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, and a guy named Fredy J started laughing and told me to go back to my country when I asked for my change. The food was good, but the sauce was a bit watery—I'd rate it 8.5/10. However, the crazy bread was dry.
What on earth was that? The person who made that pizza did a terrible job — there were only four or five pepperonis piled on top, and the cheese was undercooked and extremely floppy. It was a disappointing experience at Little Caesars in Hawaiian Gardens.
