September 2022 I wanted to pick up an order I had made at 7:45 a.m., which it would be ready until 8:30 a.m. I stopped at this point before and every time I get there 7-10 minutes early they have the order ready before the set time for picking up. Super bad customer service from the ? manager? faule ella. Today T-Mobile is Tuesday and I ordered my $3 special pizza. Paid and everything had reception, even she saw me order my pizza. (Since I didn't know I had to order it online and she said I should do that) The app said not to be ready until 5:45 when I was there it was 5pm I showed her the receipt pmt and she said that I had to wait until certain time. This was my first and last time ordering pizza from this location. The staff really needs more training. At 7:55 PM, the young employees at the front told me that there were no Hot 'n Ready pizzas available, only the ExtramostBestest. I agreed to that option, but then the cashier informed me they only accepted exact change or debit. Don't they know how to handle cash? There were plenty of people paying with cash. First and LAST time I buy pizza from this place. The children at this point have to be trained a little more. 7:55 pm and the children at the front do not tell me hot n ready only extramostBestest. I agree with them, then the boy in the register says only exact change or Debit do not know how to count money? There were many people there paying cash.. Whatever? You know, if there is actually HOT and LEADY, this is a good choice for a good tasting pizza, I would like to give them a 5-star review for the pizza, although I wish the staff was a bit mature. Every time I'm down there, the staff always messes and curses. What can you really expect if there's a bunch of CUHs working there...
I gave Little Caesars Pizza one star because when I called ahead to place an order, no one answered. When I arrived, I noticed a girl sitting next to the office phone, completely absorbed in her cell phone. However, the guy who assisted me was excellent. My experience with the girl at 2 pm on 1/13/22 was disappointing.
The woman at the drive-thru, Lucina, always tells me that there are no hot and ready pizzas available and that I have to wait 15 minutes. I remind her that I'm expecting a hot and ready one. Today, I asked her for two hot, prepared cheese pizzas, but she didn't give me what I requested.
Ordered deep deep dish and bread stick. What I got was cold stale bread sticks and uncooked pizza dough.....thank God my son wasn't hungry that could make him sick!!!! Never again will I order from here!!!! That is not cheese in the picture!

Always a place I love with a passion to get pizza from though I always recommend if you get a hot and ready order it in advance those who know what I mean lol do :3
Yeah really wouldn’t recommend this place. Rather just get a Digiorno from walmart. Lol
