Had the pleasure of meeting Hannah when we stopped in for a quick dinner. Food was good, but Hannah?s friendliness and generosity with my 3-year old was outstanding and noteworthy. She took a moment to chat with, and show my daughter how to playthe pinball machine. When my daughter mentioned her sister, Hannah insisted we get another prize (bouncy ball) to take home forher, too. As if my toddler wasn?t already elated with her new toys, Hannah then came and gave her stickers? making this the mostenjoyable dinner stop my daughter has had. Ordered a ?deal? online trough the website for delivery. Apparently they use Door Dash for deliveries which is a whole other issue. The delivery driver called me from the restaurant letting me know they only had diet soda and I ordered regular soda and they had no marinara sauce for the breadsticks. So basically I paid for items I was not going to receive. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. The owner and management of this store should be embarrassed. If you can?t keep your store stocked, then close. Everyone is short staffed, but to have consumers pay for things that aren?t available is deceitful.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, and placing an online order for pickup is very convenient. However, they close at 8 PM, which forces all customers to place their orders at the same time. It doesn't make sense for them to close so early, especially when they're so busy during dinner hours. Keeping the restaurant open until 10 PM would allow for a more balanced flow of customers and sales, benefiting everyone involved. Closing at 8 PM feels like a missed opportunity for both the customers and the business.
Been there a handful of times the year we have lived in the area. I'm sure it all depends on what time you go. It seems like I'm usually there between 4&6 pm. The staff is always nice, but the pizza quality can be hot or miss when it's not busy (which isn'tvery often in my experience, not in that time window anyway) and when it is busy you're waiting 20min at least. Still choose togo there because it's quick and easy, just have to plan on it being busy. Réservez une table maintenant
We usually have no issues with this location but this day must have been a bad day for the staff being short staffed. The dude at the counter was so air headed and didn't really know what he was doing. I did a mobile order and then called to have my crazy bread light baked but they had an answering machine on the entire time, so I finally got my food, the crazy bread was cold. However, the pizza was decent.
You never answer there phone, so you can not get a pizza in if you need to like if you have a need to call it in before the time, so you can stop a pickup or just not a fresh one, cook them a bunch of pizzas then put them into the over in the heating box to grab so u can go in a take they immediately, but there is always hard, they never pull them when they get too long. You have a lot to do, just say
I visited the restaurant on Saturday at 5 PM, but unfortunately, there were no pizzas available; they weren't hot and ready, and there was no deep dish or cheese bread due to an oven issue. The pizzas were being made in a different location, Madeline, and the staff wasn't wearing aprons. I had to wait about 25 minutes for a few cakes to be prepared.
I’m giving you 2 stars because the thin crust pizza wasn’t terrible. However, the regular pizza tasted like it came frozen from Walmart. The service was a mess. I received an email at 6:41 saying my order was ready for pick-up, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready until 6:54. What the heck? Sorry, Little Caesars, but this just doesn’t work for me. We ordered from LC on Door Dash yesterday. It appeared that they gave us crazy bread with mold, see picture??? We called the place, no answer. So yeah, never ordering from here again. In fact, it might've just ruined LC completely for us. I feel like vomiting from just rewriting our experience.
