I have been to this location a number of times. In the past the service was poor, and the gentleman behind the counter charged me differently than the menu listed. In fact, I complained to corporate about this location previously.But when I visited on Sunday, July 16, I received the best service that I have received at a Little Caesars Pizza establishment. I visited this location with my family and felt unwelcome from the start. I attempted to use a $3 coupon, but the store manager told me I had to order online. When I tried to place the order through the app, it wouldn’t work. I asked him to assist me, but he said he didn’t know how and claimed the Wi-Fi was down. I started calling corporate for help, and while I was on the phone, he told me to leave and wait in the car since other customers were arriving. I felt discriminated against. The person who took my order wasn't very friendly and initially gave me a plain pizza instead of the pepperoni I requested. He did switch it when I pointed it out, but it left something to be desired. Still, it's a convenient option for a quick bite when I don’t want to wait for food on my way home. It served its purpose.

They appear to have little regard for the quality of the food they serve. Take a look at this pizza I ordered online: it's a thin crust cheese pizza, and it's overcooked with numerous burnt cheese spots. Also, just look at the way it's cut—it’s like they just hacked at it randomly. I've never encountered such uneven slicing before. Were they blindfolded while cutting it?
I used to have low expectations for Little Caesars, thinking it would just be quick and convenient. However, it seems they don’t have enough staff for that anymore. Tonight, I waited 20 minutes longer than what I was told my pizza would take. I think I'll be going with Blaze from now on.
Finding parking can be challenging at times, but that's really the only downside. The pizzas are prepared quickly, and the staff is very accommodating. I will definitely order from here again when I need pizza for a large group.
I ordered a Pepsi online, but when I arrived, there were none available and there was hardly any effort to resolve the issue. Additionally, most of the pepperoni on my pizza was burnt—perhaps it stayed in the oven too long?
