Let me first say that the food is good, the ambience is sweet and the prices are reasonable. Also BYOB, this is always a plus. It was my first night back in town and my friend reserved us. We sat right away, but the good service ends there. A girl greeted us and brought wine glasses and water, but never came back to open the bottle. The place wasn't half full, but we had to sit over 10 minutes. I finally got up and asked the hostess about a wine key or server, and about 5 minutes later another flowing waitress came to help us. She wrote our order and finally sent someone else to open our wine. This girl took our bottle to an empty table, fought for a while to find out how a wine key works, and I finally offered to open it myself. She thanked me and went away. Our soup came out first and was delicious, but I asked for Parmesan cheese and it never came. My friend stood up and asked for cheese and nobody else brought it. Surprising, but whatever. Then our salad came, but it wasn't what we ordered. No one came back to check us, the previous dirty dishes stayed on the table, and finally I put them on another table and went to find our server to correct the order. She repaired it right away and composes our salad. Then the ducks came over two bites in our appetizers and stayed cold. The waitress checked us about 20 minutes later. She was friendly enough, but wow, this service was cruel! Get better employees and train them! You have a lot of potential, but bad service makes for a bad experience. I'm not back.
