Decided to change from Pizza Hut to Little Caesars today because the kids wanted crazy bread. Only my second Little Caesars experience at Whitehall. Ordered on-line but encountered problems with the website. Error message recommended we contact the restaurant to complete order. The restaurant manager refused to honor online prices. I could hear her shouting at the employee what sounded like I could go somewhere else then. We'll stick with Pizza Hut Papa Johns. Thanks to the manager for clarifying their business position.

I would give Little Caesars Pizza zero stars if possible! The wait times are terrible. They take your order quickly, but then you have to wait forever for your food. The menu might be simple, but the slow service really ruins the experience.

Not even busy and took forever to get an order. A lady looked at us and ignored us. Was pretty rude over the phone and when she finally came up to help us.
