DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. If possible, I would give it zero stars. The woman who works there is awful, and she is the main reason I will never return. I used to eat here 2-3 times a week, spending between $50-$60 per meal. Despite my frequent visits and generous tips, the service was consistently poor. The woman barely acknowledged me, rarely smiled, and showed no gratitude for my patronage. She was neglectful and slow, often leaving me waiting for my check long after I had finished eating. Today was the last straw when she added an 18% tip to my bill without my consent, claiming it was because I did not tip her enough. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and I will never dine here...

The waitress I had on 10/14 stole money from me! I opted not to tip due to generally horrible service (took forever to get her over to order, left our table before we were done ordering, little to no follow up please note that I literally never omit tips, the service was just that bad). I just checked my credit card statement against my customer copy and the waitress helped herself to an additional $14 of my money, despite me entirely crossing out the tip line. Be aware that this place hires someone who engages in fraud/theft! Oh, also, the food is not that good or in large enough portions to be paying those hiked up prices.

I ordered the mixed spicy mala and herbal soup at this restaurant and it was delicious. However, when I asked for more soup, they only gave me hot water, making the soup bland and tasteless, which ruined the experience. The dishes were also small portions and seemed like they could be from a frozen supermarket. Overall, I found the restaurant to be overpriced. The service was for dining in and the meal was for dinner, with a price range of $20-30 per person.
I absolutely adore the food at Little Qs! Their Mala broth is simply amazing and makes everything you add to it taste incredible! This is my go-to place whenever we have guests visiting or when we are in the mood for a large, satisfying meal. The service is top-notch, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for a dinner outing. I highly recommend trying their Hot Pot dish.
