In Charlottetown, slightly off the beaten path, is this remarkable little café serving home-cooked meals and stupendous desserts - all with a smile. We drive in from Summerside to shop regularly, and always try to stop in to encourage the owner (who is delightful and a new immigrant) and to just appreciate the peace and quiet with her home style cuisine. There are only a few tables here and so sometimes you may have to linger for a free table, but wait it out. You'll be glad you did. The daily specials are full of flavour and local ingredients, the coffee keeps coming and the smiles accompany every pour. This is a christian restaurant. I'm pretty sure that's not included in "types of cuisines", but they have quotations from the Bible on the walls and you can even take the book from one shelf. Besides that, the waitress and the cook were extremely kind. We even chatted a little bit about the region. We had a very good time there, getting some rest before going for a three hours road trip back to NB.
I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. I ordered the club house sandwich and it was absolutely delicious, I would rate it 9999/10! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for excellent service and a culinary adventure for your taste buds. Thank you for a memorable meal! I will definitely be returning very soon.
