We stumbled upon this restaurant and finally had the chance to try it out. Lizzy, the owner, is incredibly sweet and genuinely caring. She even let us sample a funnel cake she's working on, which was delightful! She also makes her own chicken fried steak breading, and it was absolutely delicious. You can really tell she has a lot of experience with food and ingredients. Plus, she speaks Spanish, which is a nice bonus. If you're passing through, this is definitely a place you should visit—you won't be disappointed!
I've dined there several times since it opened, and it never fails to satisfy! They've done an incredible job getting everything up and running, and they truly are a local establishment. It's hard to come by genuine "handmade" items these days, but you can find them here! I absolutely love it!
Absolutely the best food in town! You won't find this level of authenticity in expensive restaurants. The kids loved it too! There are plenty of options to choose from. You have to try the fried PB&J—it’s a must! And it's from a food truck, so let's keep Austin weird, everyone!
Lizzy's Kitchen Window is definitely worth a visit. She offers home-cooked meals, all prepared from scratch and tailored just for you! Be sure to try the enchiladas and the chicken fried chicken—both are among my favorites.

The food is incredible! Everything is made from scratch! Lizzy truly goes the extra mile to create delicious dishes and provide excellent customer service. It's definitely worth the drive to visit her restaurant!
I've dined here several times, and I have to say, Lizzy is fantastic! She prepares everything from scratch. The tacos, salsa, guisada, and burgers are all excellent.
