I highly recommend avoiding the Seafood Combo from L&L Hawaiian BBQ. Despite requesting no rice and extra Mac salad when placing my order, they still included rice and missed some items. The restaurant only offered a $3 compensation for their mistake. The Hawaiian dish I received was the worst I’ve ever had—my fried shrimp were burnt and cold. How does that even happen? I suggest exploring other options on the L&L Hawaiian BBQ menu instead.
The location of this restaurant is excellent! I placed a large order for 10 employees, and everything was correct. The staff was very accommodating when there was an issue with my order and promptly canceled it. I called the restaurant directly, and they resubmitted my order on schedule. They also provided the perfect amount of sauces and utensils. I will certainly return to this place in the future.
The food was good as always, but the girl forgot to include the sauces for the ribs in the bag. When we asked, she insisted the sauce was already inside, but it wasn’t. Eating dry ribs really spoils the experience. They tie the bags so tightly, it’s impossible to check without untying them. Next time, I’ll make sure to open the bag before leaving. Please don’t knot the bags so tightly!

I?ve ordered delivery from this specific restaurant when I want Hawaiian comfort food plenty of times during the pandemic, however the last time I received my order it was almost inedible. The rice was undercooked. I don?t know how that could bepossible. I won?t be ordering again in the future
The chicken was extremely overcooked. I have visited this restaurant a few times and it does not live up to the standards of the nearby L & L locations in Millbrae and San Bruno.

I tried the Half Half dish with katsu and BBQ chicken. The katsu was tasty, but the BBQ chicken was slightly dry.
