In a fast food restaurant in the middle of Minervois you expect local chicken and a lot of really nice stuff. Apart from that, this is not the case. Industrial chicken with no taste except for the breading, a well-stocked wrap but only salad, tomato, sauce but a poor piece of chicken in the middle. Well, we are in Minervois, local producers are everywhere, why use industrial chicken topped with American-style breading, all like those found at Noz at 5.99 for 2.5 kg. So the crisis is tough but the results really suffer. Friendly atmosphere, nice boss too. Too bad the main thing doesn't work, except for teenagers who have no taste. Improvements to be made, really!!!!!

Burger de poulet pour 15 euros servi avec des frites industrielles congelées, sauce Heinz mayo, le poulet était néanmoins bon mais le bacon a été négligé, en bref je fais ces burgers plat latéral à la maison pour 3 euros max. pas d'intérêt, vu les autres examens, je pense qu'ils ont considérablement baissé en qualité depuis l'an dernier. Et puis 40 minutes pour 3 burgers.. Service: Dine in

Bon repas... très accueillant....bon service... bien accessible pour les PRM....en hiver le chauffage insuffisant pour le déjeuner sans votre veste.... A great time spent at Lo Bél Polet. The hamburgers are really very good, plentiful. The owner, waitress and the kitchen manager are very friendly. They take the time to come and see if everything is going well and if we need anything. This is the second time we've been there and it won't be the last. All the best. First visit yesterday, 3 pepper burger and another Bacon. No complaints! Hearty, lots of flavors and a warm welcome. Living in Quarante, it’s not too far away, we will come back to taste other variations!
