Lobster Joint - Réserver une table

I first discovered this place at The **** Mary Festival recently. Since I really enjoyed their festival winning traditional **** Mary, I wanted to try out the food. As soon as you walk in this cute little place, you are immediately drawn to the decor and atmosphere. My server Nikki was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The food and, of course...the Lobster Claw **** Mary was really good. My Crab Cake Benedict was tasty, and the eggs were poached perfectly. The Clam Chowder had the right amount of salt and flavor. They have a pretty decent sized menu, and the prices, in my opinion, are reasonable. I really enjoyed my experience and will be sure to visit again the next time I am in the Greenpoint...

One of the worst lobster rolls I have ever had. Was expecting a warm buttery juicy lobster roll and what I got was the exact opposite. The roll was tasteless, instead of lobster chunks, it was dried shreds of lobster (refer to the photo). In addition, the lobster didn’t taste fresh. I had to throw half of it away. Massive disappointment.

The lobster roll is really good... my friend said it was better than any he'd had in Maine. But it's expensive for what it is, even for this neighborhood. They also make some good chicken tenders and fries here, but the lobster roll hasn't drawn me back.

Really solid lobster roll with a unique variety on the menu. Settled on the Mexican lobster roll and some shrimp cocktail. No regrets, everything came out fast and was delicious.Food: 5/5
