Served with soft granat bread, each bite offers a burst of flavors including garlic, lemon, chili, and prawn. Customers can customize their main course with the fish bar option, choosing their fish, sauce, and two sides. My go-to choice is the sea bass, grilled with a tomato salsa and served with triple-cooked chips and fried green beans on a board. The seabass is perfectly cooked, with a light and sweet taste. The triple-cooked chips are a standout side dish. Overall, Loch Fyne is a fantastic dining experience for seafood lovers.
Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant did not meet these expectations. The table was not set up when we arrived and we had to wait for it to be prepared. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was also lacking, with a lot of noise and not much ambiance.
Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for an early seating. There are definitely better options out there.
Had a customer lunch here last Monday, we had the grilled plaice & halibut served with new potatoes.
