it may be at my high demands, but if a steak of the highest quality with supplements over eur 40,- it must not happen. steak ordered as medium, it's almost raw. I felt this with the fork and showed him to cut in the middle. the upper disappeared with my complaint in the direction of the kitchen and then came back sometime with my teller. on it was all obvious after my meat, divided into 2 halves and tuned on medium. sorry, dear chef and dear chef. that's not how it works. I have paid a piece of meat and not 2 halves of a piece, sometimes apart from the irrefutable fact that a grim of steak will dry it out and affect the quality extremely negatiw. a small clear portion on too small tellers. I had actually hoped at the price for a big teller with a big portion. the sparribs were placed in a not made red sauce from the house force and completely dried. 2 portions spare ribs, 1 bottle red wine for eur 21,- (which was completely ok) plus an appetizer for proud 100,- euro. I don't need it again! ach yes, we tried to reserve in advance and then got the message on the phone: sorry, you can only get a table for 6 people by 18 o'clock, or again from 21:30, as you would be completely full. when we came this was almost empty locally. when we went at least 3 large tables were not used, plus a very large empty. By the way, we left at 10:00...very bad!
