From the moment we entered this quaint urban hideaway, we were in love. Greeted with great music, comfy atmosphere, friendly smiling staff, adorable owner/wine connoisseur Kelly and uber talented husband Chef Alex in the open air kitchen. After we were versed on how to 'the build your own charcuterie tray ' we got busy tasting and drinking wines that complimented our food choices. The chef has two weekly specials and on this day we chose the 'spanish style ' chorizo oysters rockefeller. . . Can I just say wow! One of the best meals I've had in years. The atmosphere was comfortable, the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and the food was positively divine. We were given a list of items to choose from to build our meal, and we had such a hard time deciding because so much of it sounded amazing. When we received the board, it looked so artful that it was almost a shame that we had to mess up the design. I loved every single thing that we had chosen, the flavors all worked together no matter which combination we tried. I cannot wait to return, I'm sure it will just as amazing with each visit.

Went for the first time last night and I already want to go back! Extremely warm and friendly staff, cute casual decor. It was packed, so a bit loud. We ordered some meats and cheeses from the charcuterie menu to go with our wine, it's nice that you can pick exactly what you want from a variety of options. Oh, we had dessert, too! They come in a little jar so just the right amount for one or two people. Something different and a great little addition to our St. Pete restaurant/bar scene!

What a pleasant surprise!! I have to say that not since having dinner at The French Laundry two years ago, I have rolled my eyes in delight after tasting such amazing food. Yes, the charcuterie plate was great, but the stuffed dates were just out of this world delicious! The paella, hands down best in Tampa Bay sorry Spain and Vizcaya restaurants) Coming here is so worth crossing over the bridge from Tampa. Chef Alex, thank you!!!

I was skeptical when some friends asked us to meet them at a new brunch place- but was immediately impressed. Lolita's is absolutely my new favorite place in town. Their brunch is spectacular! I just did one of their first wine pairing dinners and all I can say is Oh My God! It was so great! This place is fantastic- the service is amazing and Chef Alex's creations are divine. This deserves more than five starts.
