We were visiting the cooking class Street Food Italiano. At the beginning there were mandatory cappuccino, espresso or classic coffee to know. Further in the kitchen there was an overview of the dishes and their preparation. The ingredients used, consisting of seafood, fish, meat and vegetables, were carefully compiled and of very high quality. Ervin gave a variety of tips, creating a good exchange and understanding of the preparation. It has been very much fun to cook with other participants and exchange ideas. The food was just excellent. A new interpretation of Italian cuisine! Also a great experience for companies or larger groups!
Wonderful! I was there with the firm today for our Christmas party. Couldn't have imagined it better, especially the common cooking in the kitchen, wonderful. The chef and the dear young lady were very friendly, courteous and helpful. It was worked very family with the boss and the dear lady. For variety, I really recommend the cooking school there! You should have tried that out. Who doesn't miss that really. I'm someone, I'm evaluating something, but here I have to be honest, 1A. The ambience was very nice and the atmosphere was pleasant there. Thank you very much.
A super nice and stylishly furnished, small restaurant in Ratingen Mitte. After eating fantastic there many times, we registered for the cooking course Italian Streetfood. With great but simple creations, Ervin has taught his cooking skills with a lot of joke, serenity and passion. They feel that he loves and lives his profession and that the cooking class made something special. Alba has supplied us lovingly drinks and it was just a whole, successful day. What I liked especially well that there were recipes that you can translate at home. Thanks to the great team!
After we eat here at least 2 times a month, here my recession: Stylish restaurant with great food. The dishes are seasonal and freshly prepared. Price performance is top for this wonderful taste! At pleasant temperatures we could find a free space in the outdoor area of the L'olivo Restaurant and convince us of the quality of the recommendations. We can only confirm the positive statements.
