The Food was the worst ive seen coming out of a restaurant. The food had been cooked in old oil and was a soaky brown yuck color. I was immediately disgusted and took it immediately back to this store. I told the manager that i was very upset at the condition of my food, she said she was very sorry. And that she knew of the problem and would be soon having the issue fixed. However not to give up on them things would be changing. I really hope so. I wish i would have thought to take a picture but was really mad after spending 21 dollars and getting food that should have never been served period. I was having a hard time finding my usual order on the menu so i asked her if they still had it even apologized for not seeing it on the menu. She must’ve forgotten to turn her mic off started making fun of me to a coworker. As i was waiting for her to ring my order in they started making fun of their inside customers as well. She was very rude to me, I usually go to the on on north Limestone never have a problem with them. I will not be going back to the south limestone location again.
The fish had a crispy coating on the outside, but also had a soft yellow layer between the crispiness and the fish. This yellow layer had an unpleasant taste that I had never experienced before. It also seemed like they had used old fry grease. I was very dissatisfied with my meal.

The food was incredibly greasy, and my sandwich was covered in a bag and wrapper. The fries weren't cooked all the way, and I had to wait 20 minutes only to receive that. The staff was extremely rude. I do not recommend eating there.
Great food I just wish they would come and fix their ice cream machine!!! I know it's not the employees fault!! But nice people and good food on both sides A&W Long John's!!!!
