The chicken tasted like it had been cooked in old grease, making it inedible. It was disappointing to pay a higher price for what was essentially a chicken strip that could be bought at most restaurants. The A&W Root beer freeze was a rip off - thin, runny, and not frozen at all. It was a waste of money and I will never order it again. The quick delivery by the Dasher was not to blame. Long John Silver's should be embarrassed.
Here lately the service hasnt been that great they always end up forgetting something just last week i git 2 meals an fir my sides i choose fries an another order of hush puppies for both meals an neither one of them had the hush puppies an to top it off that 2 that come with the meals were hard as rocks
I was billed for items that I never received at Long John Silver's. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that they had run out of those items earlier in the day. Despite this, I was still charged for them and they did not inform the delivery driver to make necessary changes or cancellations.
No tartar sauce whatsoever, fish was overcooked and super greasy and oily, fries had black spots all over them, the only good experience was the hush puppies. Also apparently the GM fired a whole bunch of people so like only 3 people were working there which is just unacceptable. Réservez une table maintenant
The Popcorn Shrimp and Clams were cooked too long, resulting in them being overdone. However, the Fish and shrimp platter was tasty. Unfortunately, utensils were not provided for the side of corn and there was no straw provided with the shake.
We visit this place for the A&W. I particularly enjoy their Coney Dogs along with a refreshing root beer! It brings back many cherished memories from my childhood when A&W had car hops and locations were abundant.
The Long John Silver on N Limestone has always met my standards. I do not have anything poor to say. The woman at the drive in was pleasant, my order was correct, and the food was still hot when I got home.
Service was ok but when we got our fish they informed me they had no tartar sauce. If I had known would not have ordered the fish. Plus the fish was cooked to long. Réservez une table maintenant
