Ordered two platters from here a week ago. Got back to work, to only realize they forgot our fries and gave us ketchup instead of cocktail sauce. I called and spoke to a manager, I let them know I was not mad but it was too far to come back at the moment. The manager took my name and gave me her name as well, told me that I can just come back, give them my name and get the correct meals for free. I go back to only be told that the manager doesn't work there anymore and that I wasn't getting my meals. All of the workers seemed to have a attitude with everyone ahead of me as well. The food tasted alright but a promise is a promise and they didn't keep it.

Over cooked food. They gave me chicken instead of fish in the fish n shrimp basket. Took my receipt then tried to make me keep the cold food and only replace the 2 fish. RUDE and arguing the while time. Messed the order up again TWICE before I left.

Great service. Polite and clean in this store. Thank you for a good meal out from your local grumpy chef.

Food was good although this location is under staffed it took over 20 minutes to receive my food.

The lobby was dirty, the staff was a lady and her kIDS....but the food was perfect.
