Their website says they?re 10:30-10pm, I just left at8:30 on Friday and they said ?we?re only taking Taco Bell orders? this has been the 4th time it?s happened to me. I?ve been tothe West Roxbury location 5 times during business hours and have been able to get Long John Silvers one time. They never give areason for it, every time it happens they say king John silvers closed shortly before the current time. Long John Silver's Taco Bell (29265) has been drive-thru only for the past four years and is rarely consistent with its posted hours of operation. Although I have enjoyed the menu here regularly, this location is one of the most unreliable Taco Bells I've ever visited. It’s situated on the same road as Burger King, McDonald's, and Chick-fil-A, all of which maintain consistent operations. I love this Taco Bell location for its nice, clean, and peaceful environment, but it has become an unreliable choice, with visits often ending in disappointment. Good luck!
At Long John Silver's Taco Bell (29265), only drive-thru orders are accepted as the lobby is closed. When I tried the drive-thru, I was told they only handle mobile orders. I downloaded the app and placed my order through the menu, but when I returned to pick it up, they said it was exclusively for DoorDash delivery. My card was charged, and now I’m stuck waiting for the payment to be refunded.

I only put 1 cuz yelp made me. 3:23pm hardly anyone in line for drive thru we pulled up for two Pepsi 's they said they 'can 't take any orders right now I said I only want a Pepsi they said they don 't have any of that do we want something else we said no the employee responded with, 'ok have a nice life ' as we pulled away. It was obnoxious.

They gave me the wrong order. Put zero effort into taking my order so that didn't surprise me. Frustrating through because they charged me for stuff that was more expensive than what I actually ordered. Oh and when I opened the taco, tomato chunks and cheese went flying all over my car. It was actually shocking how sloppily it was all done. Zero star.

Over half the order was incorrect and they forgot 1 item. The burrito stuck to the wrapping making it inedible. A waste of time and money.
