Sept 2023, the service was fast and the staff were friendly at the Rye, location. However, I am sorry to say that the ice cream we had was tasteless, boring with NO flavor. This is just my opinion. I ordered the small cup of Espresso Nugget and had them add a Wet Strawberry topping to it. OMG, when I looked at the topping on my ice cream I shrieked. It was gooey like jelly and disgusting tasting. I ended up wiping it off my ice cream and throwing it in the garbage. My friend ordered the Coffee Chunk ice cream, and she had them add Wet Nuts on-top. She told me her ice cream did not have a coffee taste to it, and she was right. Honestly I'm so torn! I love the ice cream but the service SUCKS!!!! The girls that work there always have a screw face almost like if me and the kids coming in were a bother! I hate coming to this one in Rye! There's one in Larchmont and the service is so much better! I think we will continue at the other establishment. Ambiance was definitely a no go!
The girl with the dark curly hair is an angry little C U Next Tuesday. She doesn’t want to give little kids samples, she is VERY IMPATIENT even when its jot busy. Disgusting attitue. She broke my 5 yr olds ice cream cone, because she was so angry and had tk remake it ince she regained her composure. Langfords she’s a big liability!
All I can say is wow. What an amazing establishment. I had the pleasure of having their ice cream sandwiches. The cookies are fresh, and they have MANY flavor options to choose from. The ice cream is some of the best I've ever tasted, and I will most definitely be coming back NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!

min $10 to use credit cards Nice location, friendly staff, good variety and tasty of ice cream. I liked that they offered a sample to try before your purchase. I enjoyed the Graham Cracker, and Espresso Nugget. I didn’t like the min order amount before you can use a credit card.
I was helped by Simona. Worst service ever!! She was very rude and condescending because I asked for the wrong flavor even though the labels were in the wrong place! I cannot believe an establishment would allow such a person to represent their business!
Received horrible customer service from one of the staff members. A staff member was not helpful or pleasant as I was deciding which flavor ice cream to choose from. Engaging with customers is key to excellent customer service.
Every flavor I've had is delicious, but my favorite is Bear Tracks. The coffee ice cream is not to be missed either, and the chocolate caramel crackle is amazing. A definite treat on a warm day.

Was good espresso nuggets is gold! And the mud pie : wish it was a bit more creamy, but it's good.
