Visited this place to celebrate a birthday and the experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. When we got the bill we noticed a 'scan to pay ' feature so we scanned to our phone and paid. On leaving I was aggressively accosted by our server who demanded 'you gotta pay ' , and 'you need to leave a card or something ' all in full view of everyone. The server did not ask if we already paid, or even check to see if this could be a misunderstanding. It was so embarrassing. We were shocked. And there was no apology when I explained that we used the scan to pay feature. Why offer a feature if none of your staff knows about it? Or at least teach then how to clarify if the person sauntering out ha...
They make good margaritas if you pay extra for the top shelf tequila. The long pour is a good value. Cowboy cut rib eye is the best steak on the menu. We paid a small upcharge to upgrade the side salad to the strawberry and pecan salad. That salad has been good in the past. The last time we went, the salads were smaller. Still good, but not as good as it was. Could be due to staffing shortages which seem to be prevalent now.
First time visiting this restaurant here in NJ. Beautiful place and vey clean. Our waitress was friendly, and suer helpful. The food was amazing, ohhh, and that cheesecake . For the very first time, I see a dish that looks way better in person than in the menu. Lol. That dessert was a bomb! And our chicken plates were so flavorful and delish. Same with the Loaded Potato. I totally recommended it. Yummm.
Easter Sunday lunch. 12oz ribeye medium rare. As you can see from the cut, it was exactly the way I wanted. Absolutely juicy and tender. Not chewy at all but just melted with every bite. The only complaint I have was the baked potato was slightly undercooked but everything else was great. My family enjoyed their dishes too. Excellent food and service at the Cherry Hill location. 4 1/2

The food was ok. Service was very slow. I sat down at 7:05pm and didn't get a server until 7:25pm so by that time I skipped the appetizers and went straight for the meal. That took another 25 mins 7:50pm and the place wasn't that crowded . One of my sides were over cooked and the other was under cooked
Very clean restaurant and nice staff. I ordered the Outlaw ribeye steak. It was very juicy, tender, and flavorful. For it being a chain restaurant, the steak was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Definitely going back more often!
Longhorn is always an option when it comes to date night...I like it here and the food is great! I enjoyed the service and how fast the food came out The drinks were great!
Longhorn Steakhouse is a solid place for a filling meal, friendly service, and some of the best steaks you'll find at any chain restaurant.

The shrimp appetizer was so good. Tender filets. Idaho baked potatoes. Ice Cold salads served on ice cold plates are a real treat.
Steak was cold and rough definitely disappointing was not what I was expecting..
