I often visit the chain all over the country and my first impression at this point was not the best. There were 6 people waiting inside and nobody waited somewhere else. We had 8 total people in our party and we told them we didn't make it up to be 2 parties of 4. We were told that it was. We repeated the 2 parties of 4 and was told that there were still 2 hours waiting. 2 different people from our party went in and asked for seats for a party of 4 and the first received a waiting period of 25-30 minutes and sat in 10 minutes, the 2nd received a waiting period of 25-30 minutes and we sat in 15 minutes. Obviously they lied. Forward, it is best to recommend a smaller party if you do not want to serve a big party instead of lying and away business. That was extremely disrespectful! I'm glad they don't do this at home. This is our regular Sunday place and we always receive excellent service. Guess we're not in the south!
*4-5-22 Update* Lamb chops are back. New pics below. This location contact-less pick up orders are quick and on time. My 5 yr old son wanted Longhorn and it was only 10:30 a.m. lol Needless to say he has good taste. So of course when they opened we placed an order for curbside pick up. They were quick and on time with the order and I was back on the interstate heading home with my son. See pics below.
