When I inquired about it, the young lady claimed they had pre-reserved, but I later learned from one family that they had just walked in. I even walked over to ask them for confirmation.
The manager wasn't much help either; she seemed more focused on rushing through conversations and getting back to the back, though she did promptly seat us in a booth. We visited the restaurant yesterday. We're long time customers for years (over 15). Yesterday was our last visit. We were welcomed at the hostess stand and seated promptly. However, we sat for almost an hour waiting for our food. We did not order appetizers, just entrees. We asked for a manager. When she came, she did not make any attempts to remedy the situation. She said she'd look into it, but never came back to the table. Her suggestion was that chicken takes longer than steak. We ordered chicken. The waitress was polite and professional, but the other staff members were quite rude. We were seated near the door, where customers were checking out, and there was an excessive amount of foul language coming from that area, which made it difficult to enjoy my overcooked meal.
I absolutely love Longhorn! I go there every chance I get. I recently had the lamb chops, and they were incredible. I usually order steak or the parmesan-crusted chicken, both of which are fantastic! I highly recommend it. Kid-friendliness: My little one also enjoys the food!

Wow, I got Flo's Filet and it was absolutely great. At first, you might think the steak is a little small, but it was plenty and cooked perfectly Medium per request. Very happy.
Wait wasn't too long, providing it was prime time on a Friday night. Food was made just how u wanted it, I also had a very nice server.
We had good service but when ordered aT-bone well done . It came medium with blood coming out. Had to send back to the kitchen!
