In the past, we have loved going here. Today we went to another restaurant that had a 30 minute wait and we ended up looking at your website. It said there was no wait and just come on in. So we decided to make the 5 minute drive there and realized therewere a lot of people waiting outside. I walked in and was told it was a 25 minute wait. I showed them their website and what itsaid and she basically said I'm sorry. Their system doesn't communicate with their website but we can get you on the list.Irequested to speak with a manager because it's a fairly simple process to have your website set up to say you are unable totake wait list reservations. We celebrated my sister's birthday at the end of January. There was a wait for about 20 people, which took some time, but we didn’t want to go anywhere else. I had driven quite a distance to get here, while she lives nearby. The waitress was very friendly, and the food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and we would definitely come back again.

Longhorn Steakhouse offers exceptional food paired with an elegant and beautifully designed ambiance. The customer service is outstanding, particularly for the North Charleston area. Before relocating to Orlando, I truly enjoyed exploring their menu and dining experience here.

I took my team there for dinner. We had a large party and Misty the manager was very accommodating!! The food was very good and came out quickly and hot!! The whole team had bone in Ribeye's. Very delicious meal and very affordable!! I highly recommend!!!
I decided on having steak with red rock grilled shrimp. All of the food was good, but the shrimp and rice really stood out. The restaurant didn't have a long wait, and the staff provided great service. Thank you

I’ve lost trust in Longhorn Steakhouse after a terrible experience. One incident was enough to completely put me off, and I won’t be returning to any Longhorn location.
